Since 1995, Ingeniería y Avalúos, S.A. de C.V. has been a Company in charge of carrying out large projects, among which the following may be highlighted: complete tourist complexes, industrial parks, hotels, marinas, office buildings, large scale housing complexes, etc.

The methodologies we apply in our studies are state of the art and comply with international standards, such as the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and the International Valuation Standards (IVS).

Our Company can provide all type of consulting and appraisal work, as well as feasibility studies, analysis in order to decide a greater and better use, absorption studies and market research.

Alfredo Giorgana is a Civil Engineer who graduated from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and in addition, holds a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Giorgana attained the Accredited Senior Appraiser Designation from the American Society of Appraisers as well as the designations of Appraiser in Real Property and Appraiser in Business Valuation from the Civil Engineering College of Mexico.

Alfredo Giorgana has accumulated more than 20 years experience in the execution of real property appraisals and investment feasibility studies. In addition, he is also a professional real estate advisor for several major construction and brokerage firms throughout Mexico.

In the academic area, Alfredo has been instructor in the areas of "Structural Analysis" and "Planning" at the Universidad Anáhuac, Campus León and at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Since 1998, Mr. Giorgana has been an accredited instructor for the American Society of Appraisers for the Real Property RP-201 and RP-202 courses. He is currently an instructor at the Civil Engineering College of Mexico teaching the "Income Approach". This course is taught as part of the Specialty in Real Property Valuation discipline the college is currently offering. He is also instructor at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México where he is teaching "Valuation" as part of the special program "Real Property Investment Strategies" created by this institution.

Alfredo Giorgana is a member of the Civil Engineering College of Mexico and the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives (www.imef.org.mx). He currently holds the office of President of the National Technical Council. During the 2003-2004, 2004-2005 ad 2006-2007 membership years, Mr. Giorgana was a member of the Real Property Committee of the American Society of Appraisers (www.appraisers.org). In addition, for the period of 2004-2005 he was President of the American Society of Appraisers Chapter Mexico. In 2006 Mr. Giorgana was appointed, as a founding member of the International Advisory Council of the Appraisal Foundation of the United States of America to represent Mexico.
Currently, Alfredo Giorgana is taking the advanced program seeking the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute.

Alfredo Giorgana has been a guest speaker and sought after panelist at numerous Congresses and conferences. He has also chaired several symposiums, conferences and technical events for the American Society of Appraisers, the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives and numerous additional organizations.
